Voucher Payments

We accept voucher payments for Breakfast Club and After School Club. Please contact the school office if your childcare voucher provider needs any details to be provided by the school. We are already set up to receive Edenred, Computershare, Caboodle and The Salary Exchange voucher payments and are also set up with HMRC Tax Free Childcare payments.

Once you have made a payment via your childcare voucher provider please can you email the school office at admin@kemble.gloucs.sch.uk to advise the amount that you have transferred, the voucher code, the date it will land in the account and how you wish for that amount to be allocated between Breakfast Club and After School Club. The office will then manually credit your ParentPay account as requested. The only further action required from you is that you monitor your ParentPay account to check that there is enough credit in the account to cover costs at all times.
